Documents Required at the time of Admission: -

The documents required at the time of admission during physical reporting after declaration of result as given below. 

  1. Result of counselling/ Seat Allotment letter.
  2. Provisional Admission Letter
  3. Verification Letter
  4. Fee Receipt photocopy 
  5. Merit/Rank card
  6. Admit card photocopy
  7. Character certificate & TC from last Institute if gap then submit the affidavit of gap year from Notary.
  8. All academic qualification Certificate photocopy and original both.
  9. Latest photograph (05)
  10. Income, Domicile Certificate
  11. Reservation certificate if admission on the basis of reservation.
  12. Adhar Card photocopy
  13. Medical certificate issued by CMO of civil hospital.
  14. Anti Ragging declaration/Affidavit from student and his/her parents.
  15. Envelop with 22 Rs postage stamp (02).

All the above documents must be attested and be in triplicate (Three sets). Bring original documents for verification.
